What is Meals on Wheels?
About the service.. To be eligible for the program an individual must:
The meals, prepared by Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast and another caterer, are delivered Monday through Friday between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Each meal consists of a hot meat, vegetables, bread, salad, dessert, and milk or juice.
The fee for a meal is based on a sliding scale according to income.
Sponsorships are available to those who are unable to pay for their meals.
Weekend frozen meals are available to those clients who do not have assistance on the weekend.

Special Services Birthday bags: The Sunshine Club provides birthday cards and bags for our clients on their birthdays.
Beholdance: a group of Middle school students from Kannapolis donate 1-pound bags of cat and dog food to us to deliver to our clients through a program called "K-9 Krunchies and Feline Munchies."
Emergency Canned Food Bags We deliver donated shelf-stable food to our clients in case of inclement weather or other emergencies.
Be A Santa to a Senior:

partner ship with Home Instead Senior Care. Individuals choose a name from
